Explore the functions of the diary feature in Spray Diary.
Spray Diary uses a diary/calendar as the central tool for recording spray entries and planning spray jobs. With the diary, you can schedule future spray jobs and review completed entries. Easily navigate between past and future periods using back/forward arrows or by selecting a day/week from the calendar picker.
The diary offers two main viewing options: Week or Month, switchable from the main diary toolbar. You can also customise the diary to show or hide empty day slots through System Settings under Diary Options.
Designed for quick comprehension, the diary helps you swiftly identify scheduled spray entries and key information. A glance reveals the date/time and duration, sites/locations, operator, supervisor, spray status, target, products, SMS sent indicator, and the associated sprayer for each entry.
Toolbar
The toolbar above contains all the options for filtering, navigating, and adding a new diary entry. It also indicates the current week or month being viewed.
- Filter/ Funnel: Use this option to filter the diary by spray status, site, and/or operator.
- Calendar Picker: Quickly move between days or weeks using this feature.
- Past/Future Entries: Save time finding past or future weeks/months with spray entries. These arrows take you to the respective periods directly.
- Back/Forward: Use these to go back or forward one week/month.
- Today: Quickly locate the current week/month.
- Share: Share your diary with third parties.
- New Entry: Create a new entry for the selected week/month. If viewing the current week and selecting this option, a new entry for today is created. If viewing a past or future week, an entry is created for the first day of the selected week. The same logic applies when viewing the diary by month.

The context menu above becomes accessible by clicking the view more icon (three vertical dots) for each spray entry on the diary.
