How do I purchase Spray Diary?
Spray Diary is a subscription based software with no lock-in contracts. You can purchase a subscription by signing up for a free trial - an option to pay for Spray Diary is available on the main menu once you sign into the app.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at anytime. We have no lock-in contracts and you'll have access to the system up until the end of your paid billing period.
Is my credit card information secure?
We don't maintain any credit card information. All your payment information is managed by our secure payment provider Stripe.
How can I manage my account?
Your account and Stripe (our payment provider) account can be managed once you sign into Spray Diary. You can find account options under the profile menu.
How do I get my subscription receipt?
All invoices/receipts are emailed automatically by Stripe (our secure payment provider) once your payment has been processed every month. You can also find a history of payments within your Stripe account - found under the profile menu when signed into Spray Diary.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a 60 day free trial. If you need more time or have questions, send us an email from our contact form.
How do I reset my account password?
You can perform a forget password request from the Spray Diary sign in screen or you can change your password under the profile menu when signed into Spray Diary.
What do you classify as a location?
A location is an address where the spraying occurs. If you are spraying at multiple locations, you will require a Multi Location subscription.
