Spray Diary offers the option to record stock arrivals efficiently.
To access the stock control features, you will need the multi-location subscription.
How to record new stock
- Navigate to Products -> Stock Arrivals.
- Click the + New Stock Arrivals button.
- Begin by entering an Arrival Date and Storage Location of where the stock levels are to be added.
- Next, choose a Product and enter the Qty Arrived and Unit Size. Purchase Date, Expiry, and Batch # are optional.
- Repeat Step 4 if additional products have arrived at the given storage location.
- Click Process.
