Step 2: Add Locations & Sites
Locations: Spray Diary allows you to input the location of your main property. For multiple locations (e.g., various farms), a multi-location subscription is required.
A location provides address details for your property/farm, serving as the foundation for each spray diary entry and necessary for entering sites into the system. When accessing weather data through Spray Diary, the location is crucial for pinpointing weather conditions.
👉 Adding Locations
Adding Sites: Within your property/farm, sites are utilised to record information about the plant/variety, land size, and planting details. Unlimited sites can be added to a location.

Step 3: Add Operators & Spray Equipment
Operators (or spray personnel) are individuals responsible for spraying the property. An operator can be assigned to a spray entry and will be visible on the spray diary calendar and reports.
👉 Adding Operators
Equipment (or spray equipment) is associated with a spray entry and also visible on the spray diary calendar and reports. Spray equipment details include tank size, brand, and recommended running specifications.

Step 4: Add Agrochemical Products
Manage your list of agrochemical products used for spraying. Enter product information, including restrictions/withholding periods, manufacturer, full agrochemical name, and chemical number.
